What do you need at the venue?
We require to be able to set up next to your dance floor and access
to two separate dedicated 20 amp power outlets within 25 ft. Otherwise, we supply everything else.

What time will you arrive the day of our Wedding?
We usually arrive 1/12 hours before your guests are scheduled to arrive.
We can usually set up in an average of 30 minutes; but depending on the venue, it may take me slightly longer. You are
not charged for the set up time.

How much freedom do we have to choose music?
You can have complete control over the music if you want it. You can pick 10 songs or 100
songs. It is your Wedding and the guests are your friends. You usually will know what they will like.
Some Brides/Grooms only pick a few songs and then ask us to keep them dancing with whatever
we think will work. We are more than happy to play anything you would like reminding you to always keep your guests in mind.
You need to remember they are there to celebrate your Wedding, but you do want them to enjoy themselves. Try to choose music
that will appeal to your grandparents, aunts/uncles, parents, as well as to your friends. You may also bring anything you
may want to hear that I may not have.

How Do You Dress?
Appropriately for the occasion. Dinner/dances and wedding receptions are nearly always
dinner jacket and bow tie. Birthday parties and other events would normally be smart trousers and shirt or lounge suits. Fancy
dress is always an option that we would participate in.

How much is the charge for only Karaoke or to have it added to the D.J. music?
There is No
additional charge for Karaoke. It's included in the charge for your party. We just need to know if you want it too. If all
you want is Karaoke, the charge will be the same as having a D.J.

How much is the deposit and is it refundable?
Yes. The deposit amount is equivalent to 1 hour ($75),
which is due in order to guarantee your reservation. We apologize, but we cannot honor a verbal commitment. Due to
the nature of our business, the deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the event, then you will receive your deposit back.
However, we will allow you to retain a credit with our company if the show is cancelled 90 days prior to the event. If cancelled
between 21 and 90 days, the deposit is simply forfeited with no credit. If cancelled less than 21 days before your event,
we must hold you accountable for payment in full as it will be nearly impossible to rebook that spot on such short notice.

How much do you charge for D.J. or Karaoke services?
That depends on a variety of factors. Such as the type of event/venue, the hourly length of the event, location, the
need for a hotel room for over nights and difficulty of getting the equipment into the venue (stairs, loading docks and etc.).
Most basic parties will average 3 to 4 hours which could be in the range of $375.00 and up.

Can we purchase additional time at the end of the event?
Yes, you can always purchase additional time at a rate of $35 per half hour or $50 per hour. We always recommend that
you contract "A CenterStage Entertainment Production " for the minimum 4 hour time period, instead of 5 or 6, because you
can always purchase more at the end of the event if you need to. This way, you don't have to pay for more than you need.

Is Karaoke appropriate at a wedding reception?
Karaoke is loads of fun at parties, clubs, and special events. It should be used sparingly
at wedding receptions. Receptions are still primarily a dancing and socializing event. Karaoke is a nice diversion and believe
it or not, there are still many people who haven't seen it! Doing too much of it, especially if guests are intoxicated and
out of hand, will turn a lot of people off.

Can announcements be made by the D.J. or Karaoke Host?
Yes. That's a given for the hiring party, but if the request is not from the hiring party then permission must be granted
from the person responsible for hiring A CenterStage Entertainment Production. That includes anyone outside of A CenterStage
Entertainment Production's employees that want to personally make an announcement.

Do you play requests?
Yes, IF they are appropriate for the crowd. Sometimes, guests request music that would not be within the crowd’s
best interest (questionable lyrical content etc.). We discourage these kinds or requests, however, if your guests request
music that would complement the crowd, we will be happy to play them as long as it doesn't interfere with the Bride's mandatory
requests.

What if I'd like you to go on a bit longer than we booked you for... what do
I have to do?
So long as the venue operators don't mind and will allow it, then this is not a problem.
Please take into account bars & venues have liquor & entertainment licenses with strict guidelines to work to. If
there is no problem then just let us know before the end (or near the end) of the event. Overtime will be charged at a fixed
agreed rate per hour or part thereof. This does not include additional cost of room hire for the venue operators. Please
understand if the venue is found to be in breach of licensing laws then we are not held responsible for their actions.

Is it appropriate to give a DJ gratuity? What is the appropriate gesture?
Tips and other forms of gratuity are certainly appreciated by your DJ/Entertainer. The
best way to determine whether or not a hired service should receive something extra is to ask yourself the following questions.
Was this person helpful and do I appreciate what he or she has done. If the answer is yes, then it is appropriate to
Tip your service provider. DJs are waiters who serve up customer service and music. The appropriate percentage is the same
as the percentage you would leave at a restaurant. Generally, the amount is 15%-25% of the ticket. Not everyone knows about
doing this. It is often an uncomfortable part of a conversation with your service provider, should you bring it up. The truth
is that every DJ goes to an event hoping to receive gratuity. The fact remains that the DJ must earn it first.
What kinds of music do you have?
A CenterStage Entertainment Production has all different genres of music. We play the type
of music you request including but not limited to Rock, R&B, Rap, Disco, Hip Hop, Country, Gospel, Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass,
Mambo, Reggae, and Waltz. If you have a special request for a certain style of music, just let us know and we will make sure
it will be played at your event.

Can I bring my own Karaoke disc(s) to be played?

Do you do this full time?
No
we do have corporate jobs, however our commitment to giving you more than your money’s worth is still #1. Our business continues to soar as a direct result of referrals from satisfied customers. We zealously protect
our reputation by striving to be the best DJ Company around.

Why is your price so low compared to other DJ's I have called?
When we started the business in 2002, it was just for fun. Times have forced us to raise rates a bit, but we still
enjoy this business tremendously and personally feel that paying $700-$1000 for a DJ is simply highway robbery. We believe
you can get the same quality from our company (most times even better) and if it saves you a few dollars along the way, we're
happy to do that for you.
Can the D.J./Karaoke Host dance with someone if asked?
Sure! It's their option. Just allow the D.J. or Karaoke Host enough time to adjust the CD players for the next song,
so it will continue to play music for the affair. We hate dead air. (smile)

Do you charge
set up or tear down fees?

Will
a meal need to be provided for the DJ(s)?

provided. If not a fee will be assessed.

back to you within 48 hours to give you directions on making the deposit and where to send it...or 2) You can call Angeline
